EIC Scaling Club today announced the selection of the first 48 European deep tech scale-up companies to join its community of leading companies, investors, corporate innovators, mentors, media firms and other industry stakeholders.
Ahead of the Ignition Forum, taking place April 9-10 in Brussels and Leuven, Belgium, the EIC Scaling Club announced the names of the first deep tech scale-up cohort to benefit from its wide range of services. The list includes EIC-backed companies such as Dronamics, Sherpa.ai, Sympower and Axelera AI.
The companies were carefully selected based on a set of criteria and fall into four predefined categories: Next Generation Computing, Digital Security and Trust, Smart Mobility and Renewable Energy. A total of ten categories were identified for positive impact. These include Clean Fuels and Hydrogen, New Space Technology and New Biotech Platforms.
Supported by the European Innovation Council, the European Commission’s flagship program with a budget of over €10 billion, the mission of the EIC Scaling Club is to significantly increase the value of selected world-class businesses and help them maximize their positive impact on a global level.
