Sunex, a Polish manufacturer from Racibórz, which offers intelligent systems based on heat pumps, photovoltaics, solar collectors and air conditioning, has announced a new investment. The company took over the property and part of the crew from Mavex-Record for PLN 5.6 million. The new plant with a plot of over 1.5 ha, has been located in the area adjacent to the current Sunex plant. This investment is part of a larger growth strategy for the company that conducts advanced negotiations on acquisitions in the Austrian and German markets.
Romuald Kalyciok, President of Sunex, emphasizes that the purchased industrial buildings will be adapted to the production of components for tanks, including modern composite tanks. The company not only purchased a neighboring plant, but also took over some of the employees of Mavex-Rekord, which will allow smooth transitions to production in the new hall. Such a move ensures the efficiency of the acquisition and reduces operating costs.
