Last June, we told you that artificial intelligence company Cohere was preparing to receive an investment of 450 million dollars with a valuation of 5 billion dollars. Cohere officially announced the new investment it received. According to the information provided by Cohere, the initiative received an investment of 500 million dollars in the D series investment round.
With the new investment of 500 million dollars, Cohere’s valuation reached 5.5 billion dollars. To remind you, Cohere last received an investment of 270 million dollars in June 2023 at a valuation of 2.1 billion dollars. The company has more than doubled its valuation in about a year.
