OpenAI has released an update that allows users of ChatGPT with GPT-4 support to now be able to click on images created within the chatbot and use various tools to edit the image.

In addition, DALL-E has also started offering preset style suggestions to inspire image creation, not unlike Android’s AI-generated wallpaper prompts.
In a video demonstrating these features, a user creates an image of a dog with a party hat on its head. The user then clicks on the image to expand it and enter a new editor view, where they select the paintbrush icon at the top, brush parts of the dog’s head, and then create a new prompt that preserves the original image but creates a new version with red bows appearing in the area the user highlighted.
Many users say they’ve been observing the changes, which quietly went live earlier this week and last week.
