Opnova, an artificial intelligence product designed to close the automation gap in the complex workflows of IT, security and compliance operations, received an investment of 3.75 million dollars under the joint leadership of Faber, ScaleX and Preface Ventures.
Opnova, an artificial intelligence product designed to close the automation gap in the complex workflows of IT, security and compliance operations, launched today and announced a $3.75 million pre-seed investment co-led by Faber, ScaleX and Preface Ventures.
Founded by Sinan Eren, a successful serial entrepreneur who has previously exited ventures at Barracuda and Avast, and his partners, Opnova aims to redefine IT operations and offers solutions to the challenges created by repetitive work, boring, but necessary tasks.
Operations teams are the backbone of every business, but the weight of repetitive tasks seriously affects productivity and increases the risk of error. For example, according to research, employees’ internal access requests account for 25 per cent of their IT requests. When these requests are managed manually, thousands of hours of productivity are lost every year and the need for automation becomes even more evident. Opnova’s artificial intelligence-based solution comes into play at this point and ensures that operations continue smoothly by fulfilling human-level tasks with flexibility and precision.
